Subject:             Update status of Material Approval/Delivery and Shop Drawing Log

Dear Sir,

With reference to above, you are requested to provide the following details within this week:

1. Material log status update including accessories, Aluminum and Glass materials with an updated log that comprises of date of submission of sample, date of approval, comments if any and resubmission details, date of material delivered, if not hen expected date of delivery to be mentioned.
2. You must also provide an updated Shop Drawings log inclusive of the Shop Drawings submitted, approval and comments as well as your action on the comments and resubmission details after compliance of comments.

As mentioned, the above details to be provided within 1 week of the receipt of this letter.
