This is a review checklist for a chiller operation and maintenance (O&M) manual, with prompts covering document scope, operating sequence, inspection evidence and follow-up. It is not a universal procedure for operating, isolating, maintaining or repairing a chiller. It does not replace the approved manual, manufacturer instructions, commissioning records, project specifications or site safety procedures.
