Subject:             Regarding to provide the clearance for groove to start external plaster

Dear Engr. Raphael,

We would like to inform you that we need a written confirmation and revised drawing to be released to produce to the consultant for clearance of external plaster inspection.

Kindly note that we will submit the inspection request to the consultant and they will not accept any verbal confirmation. They need the copy of the revised drawing issued officially from sub-contractor ( M/s. Metalu).

Meantime , you promised to fix the RMU / Sub Station doors and windows on 30.03.2017 and no action till today as well as also submit the revised drawing.

Kindly do the needful immediately and allowed us to wok.
