Dear Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject and your email dated 05/09/2019, please be informed that as per the Conditions of contract (Clause no.08), “Except as expressly provided, the Contract Agreement, when signed, will put into immediate effect all terms and conditions clauses for the issuance of advance payment to MCM. Within 5 working days from the issuance of the Dubai Municipality building permit from the submission of Project Guarantees and Advance Payment Invoice” (copy of clause no.08 is attached). We had received it slightly later on 29^th August, 2019.

Further to above, the Project Commencement was on the 1^st Sept,2019 and as expressed to your esteemed organization & our respected Client.
