We, Xxx(Name of the Sub-Contractor) Interiors LLC., after having completed the works for the Supply, Fabrication & Installation of Built-in & Loose Furniture Subcontract Works for Water Villas & Family Units of the xxx Doha Island Resort in Qatar under Subcontract Agreement reference xxx dated 16th July xxx, hereby certify that we have successfully completed the works as well as the Maintenance Liability Period of 400 days from the actual completion of the project in 30 November 2014.
In view of the foregoing and in accordance with the terms & conditions of the aforementioned contract, we hereby request from the Client M/s xxx Trading & Contracting LLC., to affirmed that Xxx(Name of the Sub-Contractor) Interiors has indeed successfully completed its obligation under the terms and conditions of the contract by signing this Maintenance Liability Certificate.
