Rework to fix the plywood in mock up room and intimation for variation work

Subject:          Regarding rework to fix the plywood in mock up room and intimation for variation work under clause 53.1

Dear  Sir,

With reference to the above, we received the drawing from M/ s Home center for typical floor and roof. As per M/s Home Center, the additional plywood inside the partition wall is not their scope and this work is not the scope of the Main contarctor’s  also.

So, this will be the variation for cost and time for main contractor for typical floor area . It will be evaluated and submitted after receiving clearance from M/s Gypsemna (the partition designer and supplier) .

Furthermore, at mock up room, where we already fix the Gyspum board , we need your instruction to remove and fix the plywood,  if Gypsmena will issue their NOC and we will submit our variation for the cost and time for this rework .

This is for your kind intimation under clause 51.1, 51.2 and 52.1
