Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we have already communicated that there is a change near office at Ground floor due to breeching inlet at site and by writing that you must revise the drawing accordingly for floor plan and ceiling and submit immediately.

Meantime, we are reminding you to provide a copy and contract and your commented drawing  has been collected by you. If any comment to revise kindly revise and resubmit the drawings.

This is for your kind information and to do needful as earliest as possible.
