Subject         : Regarding handing over the site and work parallely with main contractor.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above, our previous communication ref no CC/MAKSTYLO/006 dated: 20/09/17 and we are hereby handing over ground floor and provide the following

1. Provide your shop drawing log by addressing how many drawings approved and how many balance drawings needs to be approval and which are need to submit by including material submittal approval log by addressing how many are approved and how many balance material needs to be approval and which are need to submit.
2. Provide the confirmation that you received latest kitchen drawings and you incorporating all the requirements & matching with your drawings as well as you coordinate fully.
3. There is a slight change in site at false ceiling level at the wall of RMU room and we have 120mm additional projection in our beam.
4.  Kindly visit the site and discuss with ID to make review your false ceiling drawing with respect of this projection, which may require some changes in your false ceiling drawing.
5. Send your project organization chart and send your engineer at site by tomorrow to have a discussion with us.
6. We also inform you that you need to work parallel with all subcontractors & provide your feedback after having the site meeting.
7. Kindly attend the project meeting, which you did not attend today.
