Dear Mr. Abdulla and Mr. Asif,

         With reference to above we would like to request you to in line of our continuous follow-up still we are waiting for the replay from your office and has been discussed at site in presence of the client and consultant.

Kindly provide the following: 

1. You did not provide approved shop drawing copy for us, original collected from us.
2. Provide your material approval log.
3. Revise shop drawing for ground floor by incorporating the breeching inlet area.
4. Provide the pergola approved shop drawing copy for us, if approved or submit the shop drawing.
5. Provide copy of contract for us, which we are asking for many months.
6. Pergola area surface preparation to be started before waterproofing.

So, we would like to remind you once more to do needful immediately.
