SUB                      :  Regarding to revise the drawing and to start the civil work at pool bar area.

Dear Mr. Abdulla and Mr. Asif & Mr.Titto,

With reference to the above subject we want to inform the following:

1. You did not revise the drawing for the ground floor reception area due to breeching inlet modification (drawings attached herewith and we intimated you for many time)
   1. Please co-ordinate with our MEP department for your ceiling height at ground floor area.
   1. At pool bar area kindly execute the following:
2. The block wall at backside of the bar counter and other civil work at front counter.
3. The finishing work above the pergola  area
   1. Provide the volume no 1 contract document copy( REMINDER)

So, kindly do needful immediately as soon as possible without any further delay.
