Subject:           Reason for Affected our Look Ahead program

Dear Sir,

  Due to following changes in drawing, our weekly Look ahead program affected

1. De-watering pit design changes, we need to do the RCC Wall instead of Block Work including water tank area.
2. Once again drawing changed for Tower crane Location at Basement –II  level.
3. Balance Raft area affected due to drawing changing for dewatering pit No (1,2&3).
4. As per instructed by DM we excavated 1500mm wide trench at around the water tank  block work wall South-west side (Grid Plot limit –D / 04-06 )

Note : Due to above reason our progress is dealy, this is for your kind information & record
