Project:          2B + G + 14+ Lower Roof Hotels Building on Plot No. xxx at Barsha, Dubai.

Dear Mr. xxx

With reference to above mentioned subject, as we discuss since many months to provide roof coordinated layout with dimension including weight of foundation and weight of equipment for post tension roof sale design and note the following:

1. Roof coordinate layout with dimension and exact position for all services placed at roof.
2. Water tank location.
3. Water tank foundation with height and width as per supplier requirement to calculate dead load.
4. Water tank self weight.
5. Weight of water as per approved size by consultant and scope.
6. All AC foundation either solid or floating foundation.
7. Any other equipment near water tank for chilled water or water purification plant, pool equipment room, weight of equipment and subcontractor.
8. Fresh air machine and position as well as foundation size and machine weight.

So please provide as required immediately. Now we are at the middle of the project and we discussed all of this many months before and still we are waiting.

Hope you understand seriousness and we need all on urgent basis.
