Dear Sir,
With reference to the above mentioned subject and discussed in the last Minutes of Meeting No. 14 dated on 21-Dec-15 , CC explained to AP and CM about not responding of M/s ESF (Europe Strong Force) and failure to submit its Design Drawing. Then it was decided and agreed with all concerned parties in the meeting by analyzing the future risk with M/s ESF (Europe Strong Force). So, we are requesting you to approve the new proposal of PT Subcontractor M/s VLM Emirates Pre-stressed Concrete Works LLC and we are assuring that they will perform as per the requirement of Project Specifications and Timeline.
