Subject: Regarding Update for the Meeting Held in xxx office with designer Mr.xxx on 30/11/15 at 4.00pm for Rebar shop drawing
Dear sir,
As per your instruction, we visited to your office on 30/11/15 and we would like to update for the discussion held in the meeting with Mr.Ezhat at 4.00pm and kindly note the following.
- Mr. Structural Engineer have only one comment for dewatering well side wall that we constructed already with 200mm thk solid block work and he instructed to change 60cm x 60cm RCC wall with reinforcement and the top of the side wall exactly below the raft surface with water proofing layer only without protection screed.(At top of side wall beam)
- During our discussion for the shop drawing he also informed as that there is some changes in tower crane area and for tower crane position, the revised drawing awaiting from him.
So, we already submitted the revised drawing for de-watering well area, and we are also intimating you that we need to do re-work in De-watering well area to follow the current comment & requirement as per drawing submitted.
Further more in tank area, we already finished reinforcement work along with all predecessors activity, so we cannot make any changes for the wells located at water tank area.
This is for your kind information and update of the meeting.
