Subject: Order confirmation to transformer shifting and other DEWA scope

Dear Mr. xxx,

With respect to your quotation ref 104118/QTN/CCL/TEM/DG/10022018 send on 01/03/xxx with following scope, terms and conditions as required by DEWA and their approval

A) Scope of work as agreed

• Collecting of cable drum from DEWA store
• Transportation of cable drums to site
• Pulling of cable
• Supply & fixing of cable cleats, cable ties, etc
• Dressing of cable
• Returning of empty drums to DEWA store
• Coordination with DEWA
• Shifting of transformer from outside the building to substation room
• Insurance for transformer shifting

B) Cost of work

The lump sum cost for the scope mention above which include pulling of   cable, supply & fixing of cable cleats, cable ties, etc, dressing of cable, insurance for transformer shifting along with DEWA transformer and NOCs

AED 23,000 + Vat (AED 1,150) = AED 24,150 (twenty four thousand one hundred and fifty)

C) Duration of work from advance payment

2 to 3 weeks (Maximum)

D) Payment terms and conditions

50% advance with company guarantee Cheque

Balance after handling over the work as per DEWA norms and acceptance by DEWA and inspection report from DEWA/ their NOC
