1. We have serious concerned all the approvals being taken from your company directly from the client without following the protocol/communication channel and now all the work are almost completed without submitting all your approval to us as a main contractor with documentation to forward to consultant.
2. As we described in item no.1, you violated the project protocol and any rejection from authority or consultant, the main contractor will not be held responsible for any consequences or discrepancies and any financial claim due to rejection or due to change.
3. Kindly submit approved sample board which is signed with the client along with the specification of the materials used and its style or pattern, so we can submit formally to our consultant.
Furthermore, we are informing you that we are not responsible for any delay for the fabrication or installation and fixing of signage within your scope.
