With respect to above mentioned subject, we are here stating that unfortunately your advance payment security cheque was untraceable / misplaced and we could not locate it.

Furthermore, your work is completed and your financial settlement is cleared with full and final and now we must return your cheque as work is completed and no financial security cheque is required.

So, we are confirming with our responsibility that we will not produce the RAK security cheque for the amount 12, 075.00 ( Dhs.) for job no. 2103 against LPO Ref: CC/TOTAL /01 dated xxx to any bank.

Kindly note that this cheque be considered null and void or cancelled no more requirement and it is property of M/s. xxx ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL LLC. If we found the original cheque rest assured that we will return back it to your office.
