Dear Mr. Rahul & Mr. Mithesh,

With reference to the above, we kindly intimating you that you didn’t completed your work and note the following:

1. You didn’t complete your scope of work and did not hand over it til now.

2.  Give us the clearance for the light fixing and confirmation that all points properly sealed for water filling.

3. Inspection for the grouting of tile was rejected, kindly rectify the same.

4. You didn’t close the NCR 130 for the swimming lights location is not as per approved drawing.

So, we are informing you that we are not responsible for any damage in your pool tile in future.

Furthermore kindly do all balance/ remaining works from your end immediately.
