Further to your email of last week, we have deployed immediately Mr. xxx Ali (Mob: 058 xxx) from our side. 

He reached the site on Saturday to complete the handover process.  Since Saturday, we received promises that someone from your side will be available to proceed with the above mentioned task, but nobody showed up. 

We urge you to take the necessary measures to have somebody who can help us complete the job.
