Subject: Confirmation of Opening Sizes of Glazing Windows
Dear Engr. Raphael,
We are hereby confirming the opening sizes of the windows from Ground Floor to Lower Roof Level.
Please note the following:
1. We are confirming opening sizes after the plaster. ( Opening Sizes only)
2. The fabrication should be within the tolerance limit required to fix.
3. There are the comments about the quality issues for the Mock up window installed in 2nd Flr. ( GL 13) Elevation 1 for the joints which must taken care during the fabrication.
4. All the shop drawing comments should be nullify prior to the fabrication through compliance statement and all the material approval should be taken if any balance.
5. Coordinated groove drawing provided and fabrication as per groove drawing as explain, agreed and discussed.
So, kindly start the fabrication considering all the details mention above and hereby attached the opening sizes of each Glazing windows.
