Dear Sir,

With reference to above mentioned subject, as structural calculation not yet submitted and not approved by consultant and commented drawing not yet submitted comply with consultant comment.

So, we would like to inform you, first clear the documents and technical issue prior to fabricate anything and our confirm window measurement to be shown in the drawing for consultant approval as intimated by consultant at site meeting in presence of Mr. Saravana Kumar.

Please do needful and incorporate all required details for consultant approval. Because the contractor confirmation remain silent until consultant will not approved your drawing.
