With reference above mentioned subject we would like to inform you that our client requires a meeting with your company to discuss the following:

1) Visit for meeting for final quotation or further negotiation if possible

2) Now VAT is applicable by UAE Gov. but your quotation is silent since submitted on 07/12/2017, VAT is not included in your price

3) Kindly add RTA, NOC charges in your quotation

4) Time required completing the work and NOC’S and execution after advance payment
