Subject:             Reply to your letter Ref: xxx reegaring slow progress of work- External Plaster

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that the plaster preparation is already

completed and kindly note the following:

1. We prepared the groove as per the approved elevations with bullnose edges and aluminum commented drawing is not matching with our grooves. We are in the process to coordinate with METALU to resolve this issue.
2. We are coordinating external signages with MEP Team as per your revised drawings for ME Clearance.
3. We would like to inform you that containment of CCTV has been kept as per the prelimnary drawings but CCTV subcontractor has not been nominated by the Client till date which has been followed up.

So, we need your clearance that we can proceed with the IFC drawings and all the above issued wil be cleared by Saturday (01.04.2017) as site is ready to proceed immediately and only the above technicalities are delaying the work progress.
