Subject:            Status up date for discussion help on 29.03.17 at site.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that on 29th March17, Wednesday the bathtub size and our requirement and communicated before, as well as concern of client to order the same.

We would like to inform you the following for the discussion held at site and our concern.

  1. The contractor identify the risk of leakage and other to fill the hollowness after fixing the
    1. , it should be considered that Contractor confirmed didn’t confirm anything. 

We discussed general possibility and risk.

2. The bathtub will not be fixed after delivery or any other issue, the contractor should not be held responsible of size of bathtub or issue related.

3. All aspect related size and preventive measure to be taken before the order and after discussion with ID or consultant.

4. The one of the suggestion by the client that the floor water below the tile will be collected by the floor trape. We could not grasp the concept. Kindly provide in writing with the sketch to review prior to execution.

So, this is update about discussion at site meeting  and final order and decision to be taken by the consultant /ID or client authorised authority and as usual general discussion being consider contractor acceptance.

So, kindly decide and order the bathtub as per by considering all risk highlighted.
