Dear Sir,

With reference to above, as we extended the tower crane by adding 3 members with minor

comments but M/s Besafe Safety & Security Consultancy has declared crane safe to use after

inspection and the formal Certificate will issued on Sunday (02.04.2017).

Furthermore, we are going to extend two more members so more inspections will be carried out.

We also confirm to operate the crane under our own risk.

So, we cannot hold the site progress till Sunday, kindly consider this Test Enginneer’s Report and

allow us to work.
