Sub : Regarding forwarding the drawing for 60 x60CM cutout location drawing for your review /approval and sign with stamp immediately.
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above and as per the meeting held in xxx office dated on 18/09/2017 for opening required below pool area for maintenance as you required, the opening in the beam which was designed by the consultant and find herewith the drawing as agreed that, 60x60CM opening in the slab in the meeting held on 18/09/2017 and kindly note the following.
- It was discussed that you have more than one service in every compartment and we can provide one opening which is structurally approved by checking design parameter and attached herewith the drawing issued by VLM.
- The 60x60cm opening only can be fix between our X and Y direction duct it can’t be move because of 200 mm minimum cover as well as PT duct.
- The duct location provided as per our discussion yesterday in the meeting.
- Kindly review and confirm with the stamp that opening location and opening size is acceptable by you.
- Our work at site severely impacted due to non-coordination and additional requirement by you now we need your immediate reply by today itself with stamp, signature and consultant letter.
So, we would like to inform you the UTTC will be responsible for changing in their shop drawing and related impact on the project as well as any consequences in future related the maintenance.
