With reference to the above subject, we would like to inform that your company has been nominated to our project and we did our best possible co-ordination but we are extremely sorry that there is no proper response from your end.

Kindly pay attention about the interest with this project that why we are not getting proper response.

So, please provide us the required drawings and our request to provide the name, contact number and responsible person with whom we can communicate smoothly and he will deliver to our project till then.

Furthermore, if no actions for our request we will revert back the nomination to the employer for the necessary action.
