Subject:         Regarding Submission of our drawings and trolley parking plan.

Dear Sir,

With respect to the above subject we would like to inform you that we have already sent the advance copy and re attaching for your reference as we have not received any acknowledgment from your end.

Kindly note the following:

1. As per our project drawings and design kindly review the parking location of the cradle since one side we have driveway and the other side the ramp and rear side we have sub- station and generator room slab at +/- 4mtr height.

• Kindly analyze the elevation/ plan and put your proposal forward since it may be a issue at later stage because ramp and driveway side will not be allowed to park anything due to continuous vehicular movement.

So this is for your kind information to reply signage drawing comments/coordination and review the parking location of the trolley to discuss.
