SUB                      :  Regarding signage cleaning cradle for upper roof area (partially) and comments on the drawing submitted by the consultant.

Dear Mr. xxx,

 With reference to above we have the instruction issued reference no AP-269-CC-57  dated on 8/6/17 from Ark plan for cradle area and kindly note the following.

1. Your submitted shop drawing have comments that you did not include the cradle for upper roof area to clean the signage as mark in the submittal and we provided in hand the soft and hard copy during our site meeting on 2/01/18.
2. Regarding cradle parking kindly follow the discussion and include in your drawing with comment that you required to access at parking area.
3. We also intimated that no space available at roof for trolley parking so please do  not propose any trolley parking at roof.

So, kindly review all the comments issued by the consultant and follow the discussion to submit the revise shop drawing as soon as possible. Since your support must be fix prior to the parapet plaster which is in progress.
