Regarding Fire rated door issue and variation issue as well as delay of the work

Dear Mr.Titto, Mr. Hamza,

With reference to above, we would like to inform you about your variation for fire rating and delayed the work at site, kindly note the following.

1. In our LPO No.1706792 dated 18.4.2017 CC/MAKSTYLO/001 kindly read item no.3, we attached the list from civil defense and intimated at with LPO there we stated that no door 30 minute Fire rating and you commented for variation. Your office doesn’t submit variation in time, now became an issue.
2. As per your mail on 30^th May 2018 you are stating that you don’t have fire rated door in your scope, please check your contract there is 30min fire rating as well as our Ref No.CC/MAKSTYLO/020 self-explained.
3.  Please don’t fabricate non fire rated door, you must follow civil defense request and your quotation forwarded to client already for the difference in the fire rating plus one additional door for fire rating also to be executed if client approve the variation.

So, kindly update the status and discuss with client also for the same if you have any concern for fabrication and fixing.
