Regarding no coordination for speaker cutting in the false ceiling and provide complete log for scope completed, scope balance, region of pending and add variation

Dear Mr.Titto, Mr. Hamza,

With reference of the above we are hereby intimating with following pending work and kindly note the following for the above mentioned subject.

1. Since long time you fail to cut for speaker point in false ceiling which are marked (Photo Attached) and followed up numerous time but no action is taken from your end and because of that our work is pending.
2. You didn’t complete the pergola work at roof and because of that our MEP work termination is balance.
3. Complete all the vanity counter work and raise the inspection for consultant approval.
4. Provide the complete log for work completed and scope balance from your scope and put in remarks the reason of pending work.
5. Kindly also submit how many variation approved and how many variation submitted if any remark from consultant to be submitted.
6. Submit the cost breakup of any pending submission for further clarification required by consultant as explained in item no : 5, Our mail dated 31^st March 2018 at 3:24 pm Regarding Request to submit relevant details for the QTN NO: MS-CMPB-1048-16R4 V1 and QTN NO: MS-CMPB-1048-16 R4 V2 still reply awaited.

So this is for your kind notice that you must take action immediately and submit the required document within 24 hour as well as we have issue of poor coordination from your end as we experience.
