Sub            :  Regarding  Hiring the subcontractor for cementitious work and cleaning  as well as providing confirmation that agreement for the steel work is null and void.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that the previously signed agreement for steel work was not implemented and kindly note the following:

1. This  agreement was signed by mistake because we supposed to give our work in  Ajman and the new engineer signed it by mistake for Dubai project which we did not implement and could not be implemented because the said contractor is not doing steel fixer work as well as do not have the steel fixer in his visa.

 2) We required the civil subcontractor. So, we signed another agreement for             cleaning and other general work.

So, we would like to request you that we have taken the people for general cleaning and they may carry out the other cementitious work.

This is for your kind information and attaching the copy of cementitious work for your reference.
