Dear Sir,

With reference to above cited letters, we wish to put on record there has been a delay in nomination of provisional items and selection of Prime cost Items. The delay in nomination and selection will affect the project critical path and delay the overall project completion. Following are the Provisional Sum items to be nominated by Client and Prime Cost Items list are attached.
