Dear Sir,
With reference to the aforementioned subject, we wish to inform you that there is a precast slab and parapet wall in between grid (1’-3) and (A-A’) Drawing Ref. A/002 for the service block as per the tender and DM approved Drawing.
We have sent random inquiry (correspondence attached) to many precast concrete manufacturer companies to get at least a quotation but most of the inquiry ended up with no response regardless our regular follow-up. Emirates Precast Construction LLC (who supplied precast members earlier for this project) regret to participate on this project (correspondence attached).
Precast concrete manufacturer company are not showing their interest as volume of work is very less. Hence, we seek your valuable advice to address this issue before casting 1st floor slab of villa.
