Subject: Swimming pool Subcontractor nomination/approved quotation.
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above-mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that Nomination/Approved quotation for swimming pool subcontractor not yet received from the Engineer as on date. We are writing this letter as per instruction of the Engineer (copy attached).
To facilitate subcontractor agreement and allow subcontractor workforce to work inside the aforesaid plot limit we xxx must have a Nomination/Engineer field instruction/Approved quotation by the Engineer and the owner.
Therefore, we seek your immediate intervention to issue nomination for all pending Provisional sum items and selection of Prime cost item (list attached).
