Dear Mr. xxx,
Referring to your letter (xxx) please make a note on the Plot 006 still the flush testing of Al xxx is in process and our works completion is related to their completion dates. Inspite of all ceiling works being finished as per your requirement we are forced to work again in these pods because of other removing the ceiling tiles and damaging our pods.
We appreciate if we receive a confirmation letter from your side in Plot 006 building on the completion of testing by others so we can handover the pods without any pending works. However we will proceed with the snagging works based on the comments received and finish before the date given to us (25th of April).
In all buildings we are changing the ceiling tiles and as you mentioned in the meeting we are entitled to claim a variation if we are replacing any ceiling damaged and spoiled by others.
I appreciate your usual support and a positive attitude in this case.
