Dear Mr. xxx,

Please find the attached update report showing the work process of the ceiling work in Plot 006- 6 Blocks. We are progressing in advance from the dates given to us.

We would humbly request xxx Engineering to do the process of handing over our pods as these are cleaned and ready for inspection. The pending works of other subcontractors can damage and spoil our pods.

Your immediate and appropriate action in this matter is highly appreciated.
