SUBJECT              :  To start plaster and painting at pool deck area 

Dear  Mr.Titto, Mr. Hamza

         With reference to above we would like to inform you that still you did not started any activity at pool bar area and we are following up with you as listed below.

1. Plaster work at ceiling at pool bar area.

2.  Gypsum wall cladding and finishing the same with paint.

3. Approval of material and shop drawing for Aluminium pergola.

4. Main contractor unable to complete wiring at ceiling without approval of your pergola shop   drawing.

5. We are holding our pool deck tile grout as Masonry work is pending from your end to be completed prior to our final finishing.

So, this is for your kind notice and I’ll immediate action to avoid further delay
