Subject           :  Regarding Swimming pool approved quotation and main contractor’s concern

Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we would like to inform you that the client and pool sub contractors are agreed for the following :

1. The Client agreed for 10 years water proof guarantee and warrantee for pool area and it is change or amendment in our agreement with client (copy attached with ref no:U-1622/1319/NA/3  dt:28.11.16)

             So, Kindly issue amendment in contract and M/s Arkiplan acceptance for the 10 year     water proof guarantee / warrantee.

• Under Annex 6,the pool subcontractor  put many RCC tank in main contractor’s scope and in our scope no such scope available.

             So, we need engineer’s instruction if any RCC work required by pool subcontractor from main contractor that will be variation for Main contractor and need to be approved before execution.

So, we are intimating that we are entering into agreement with pool subcontractor and need amendment in our contract for water proof reduced guarantee / warrantee agreed by employer with pool sub-contractor.
