Subject            : Required Engr.  Instruction for the AC Opening in Lift Wall

Dear Sir,

With reference to above mentioned subject, we are awaiting your formal instruction to provide the opening of AC ( 8”X 8”) size pipe sleeve  as discussed in meeting held to your office last Jan. 21, 2017 ( Saturday) for  Lift Shaft.  Kindly issue the formal Engineer’s Instruction on approved Lift Shop Drawing and this proposed opening should not be an obstruction for the Lift Sub-Contractor  equipment shifting or installation.

This is only for your kind information and record.

NOTE: If no further Engineer’s Instruction received we will close all the sides of Lift Shaft.
