Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we are submitting a total of 3 pages to update status of the PS/PC item for your ready reference that employer needs to provide the nomination for PC item and selection with rate as well as the source details for PC item to sign the agreement /LPO and submission as required.

Kindly find the details of attachment herewith:

1. Attachment #1/3, having total 12 no of items which are need to be nominated
2. Attachments #2/3 and 3/3 for PC item status. The green color shaded area its either delivery awaited or material partially deliver.

So, this is for your kind intimation and request to update the client to do needful as we are updating the status continuously and timely for the activity underhold and effected due to decision pending and impact on project schedule.
