Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we had sent our request to nominate the subcontractor and we discussed the same issue in last meeting on dated 29.05.17 and we would like you to intimate the following:

1. We have the formal drawing issued from your office for the requirement of façade light.
2. We could not prepare the shop drawing and impact nomination of the subcontractor.
3. In the meeting the client was discussing that they will not follow this drawing which was formally provided from your office.

So, we want to high-light that this issue with reminder that there is  an impact outgoing activities will have an impact at  and we need to stop the aluminum subcontractor till the issue will not be resolve finally and the nomination of subcontractor for the provision and shop drawing submission will remain under hold.
