Subject            : Regarding submission of compliance statement of consultant comments on Shop drawing (Approved as Noted)

Dear Sir,

With reference to above, Aluminum and Glazing shop drawing Revision 01 was “Approved as noted” with big list of comments from consultant office. Submit consultant comments compliance statement to avoid mistake in fabrication and note the following.

1. The consultant did not comment at each every location, but they put in a generalized comment at one location by stating comments to be followed everywhere applicable. For that we need compliance statement that comments comply at each every location wherever applicable.
2. The comments to be comply for every type of windows and floor level, and generate the compliance statement for all the location and to be followed during fabrication/intimation to be passed fabrication team to follow general comments. 

So, we want to make sure that all comments will be complying without any communication gap and instruction to be followed as required.
