Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we are following up with you since long time and we have not received the tiles till date due to which our work is delayed because of that we cannot start tiling work in basement area since long time. This delay have impact on other successor activities.

As we have followed up and you are supposed to deliver the tile but, not delivered until now.

So, kindly look into this matter and do the needful immediately to avoid any further delays.
