Dear Mr. xxx,

We would like to inform you that still we are waiting reply for our previous communication and note the following:

1) You must submit the shop drawing which was commented by our consultant and we want to inform you that Arkiplan will not inspect any material delivered at site if you fail to submit the shop drawing with compliance the comment by client.

2 You supposed to have meeting with us on 23.4.2018 for your concern for doors missing in your measurement sheet but you didn’t turn up only to day on 25-04-18 you has meeting with us, your variation claim does not exist as per explain you

3. We want to inform you that in your Lump sum contract and tender drawing  all hollow metal  doors for the project as per their respective location are in your scope and there is no change in our   contract  drawing attached with your contract  document .

4. Kindly proceed doors of kitchen area same as your specification and site measurement 

So, this is for your kind information and we are notifying to submit the shop drawing before delivery of doors and no issue pending from our end and you will be responsible for the delay of work for your scope, no issue pending from our end
