Subject:           Reminder for stopping dewatering and its running at your own cost and delaying our compound wall work.

Dear Sir,

With reference above we already communicated to close the dewatering system which is running unnecessary at your own cost for two pumps and three pumps already closed since long time before.

Now, this is reminder for you that your system is running at your own cost and it’s delaying our compound wall work as well as our neighbor also going to start the work. We require the space for generator area also and others issue too.

Furthermore your invoice being returned because as you submitted running invoice but we need final invoice because we already instructed to the dewatering by considering the pumps stopped a month before and you have the saving for maintenance and fuel.

So this reminder to stop the dewatering which is running at your own cost, immediately action required.
