Dear Sir,

With reference to above we would like to inform you to that we are waiting for shop drawing in A1 size( 3 sets with stamp) and soft copy.

Kindly note that the tittle of the drawing must include the client, consultant and contractor along with your company name.

Meantime also submit the material approval which includes Ironmongery as per civil defense requirement including color catalog and   fire rated material specification and mock up sample of the door with section of the frame, section of the shutter and hinge and lock (complete mock up sample).

This is for your kind information and does needful immediately.
