     Subject            : Regarding Staff’s Transportation and Mobile Phone Charges

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject, we are hereby informing you that our preliminary claim AED 90,000.00 is still balance to be claim and we would like to request that our staff’s transportation charges being paid by the company since joining but now they are not being paid as per the statement attached from respective months and duration and they must be paid as per our mutual agreement.

So, kindly review the attached list transportation charges which is pending and as per future.

Also all the telephone which we are using at site with company simcard has not been paid for many months and the lime will be disconnected any moment from now. This was requested for last two months.

We are attaching the pending amount for staff transportation as well as telephone expenses to release against our cost of the preliminary.
