Dear Engr. Mansour ,

With reference to the above, we are hereby intimating you that there is no workers came from your side  for today and you are suspending the works without prior notice or intimation.

So, this is to inform you  that the main contractor will not responsible in any delay happen and no work in progress to complete the pending works and hand over the site from your end.

This is for y our kind information and for the record.
