Subject:          Site Instruction

Dear Mr. Tahir,

With reference to above mentioned subject, we are hereby conforming that from the next slab we need the following from you.

1. You are not allowed to change the approved drawing size and openings.
2. You are not allowed to change the design or drawing without the approval of the consultant through Chirag Contracting.
3. You will not allow you to put any conduits without fixing yet our duct, rope and reinforcement.
4. All openings and MEP Sleeves must have the reference from grid line and to be checked by reference only by complying in the approved drawing.
5. If any change suggest by MEP Engineer you must submit as Change Request formally to take the approval from our consultant.

We will not allow you to execute any change without proper change request approval.
